We employ many systems of care, ranging from rigorous training, recurring handling certifications of our Transportation Specialists, to auditing equipment (prior, during, and after when applicable) on your delivery.

These systems of care are in place to ensure your medical specimens are consistently arriving on time, in the proper conditions.

Our push for excellence in medical handling is not something we want for our organization, but for the industry as a whole.

There are far too many instances in which specimen will arrive in unfavorable conditions, must be rejected, or in worst cases- lost.

Certification Auditing

A keystone in reliability is ensuring that all personnel are knowledgeable in their fields.

Our team has developed an in-house, industry-leading certification program for all of our Transportation Specialists.

In conjunction with our other general training courses, this program is thorough, and each Transporter is required to periodically re-certify to ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest protocols and procedures.

We envision that these certifications will be the standard for the industry moving forward.
